照明設計基準

練習が目的であれば、天井に配置することもよいが、サブの邪魔にならないようにエンドラインは避けて設計する必要がある。
一般試合以上の施設には、サイドラインに沿って配置し、ローブ（LOB）に上げたテニスボールと照明が重ねないようにコート中央部の照明設置は排除して設計しなければならない。
レクリエーションレベルの照明設計時、非対称配光で設計して均斉度を高めて設計しなければならない。
近いところは平角で設計して、遠く照射すればするほど狭角を使用して設計しなければならない。

※ Em is the Maintained Illuminance Level (specification level) and is the design illuminance level, below which the lighting should not be allowed to fall during the period to planned maintenance.
